We may not have all framed Giclee prints in stock, but you can find some on display in our studio. We would love to host you and discuss all things art over a cup of coffee!

Of course, we do! We offer tailor made solutions as per the requirements of the client. For instance, we offer consultation, customised print sizes, frames etc. to interior designers, architects & developers with specific art requirements for a certain project. The images on the website are high resolution images and an accurate representation of the artwork. However, they don’t have any contractual value. We are proud to say that our customers often tell us how the actual prints/originals look even better than the images on the website!

In case of Giclee prints, we offer multiple sizes from Mini to XL which may vary across artworks. These sizes are mentioned on the Size dropdown menu on each product page. In case of originals, the size is mentioned in the product description of each artwork’s product page.

In order to buy an artwork, you have to click on the “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” buttons found on every product page. You may then visit your cart and click on “Check Out”. After this step, we will ask for your details to arrange delivery and you will be redirected to make the payment on a secure Razorpay enabled payment page. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from Razorpay. We will then process your order.

All payments made on Bimba are completely secure. We have partnered with a reputed payment gateway: Razorpay. You can pay through any Indian or international credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI & virtual pay wallets.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can drop a mail at thebimba@outlook.com or call on +91 9310734194 for the same. Please note that in the case of Giclee Prints, if the order has gone into production, we will not be able to entertain any cancellation/modification requests.

We, at Bimba, passionately endorse the idea of giving art as a gift to your dear ones. That is why our standard packaging is designed to be very attractive and thus, ready to be used as a gift without any gift wrapping. We offer the option to send a personalised message in the package. We do not provide any installation services. Our framed artworks come with high quality hanging hardware, attached to them by default. This means hanging them on the wall is very easy.

Yes, you can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order. Write to us on – thebimba@outlook.com or feel free to contact us on: +91 9310734194. Please ensure that you mention the new shipping address where you would like the product to be shipped.

We have partnered with leading courier service providers in the industry like FedEx, Delhivery etc.

An order is processed after 24 hours of its receipt in the system. We ship the package within 1 to 3 business days from the receipt of an order.

After the payment has been processed, delivery takes about 7 days, which includes time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the delivery partner. We shall keep you updated with details of your order.

We ship orders for free, pan-India.

We do not ship outside India yet. However, we plan to do so soon. Our website shall be updated once we start shipping internationally.

For framed Giclee Prints we accept return requests in the following scenarios:

- Artwork shipped in the wrong size.

- Artwork shipped on wrong paper type.

- Artwork shipped in the wrong frame.

- Artwork delivered in damaged condition.

In case you face any of these issues, please write to us at thebimba@outlook.com and attach pictures of the delivered product. The request for return should be raised within 7 days of delivery and our team will schedule a pick-up.

In case of an original artwork, if you have a change of heart and no longer like the artwork, we accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please write to us at thebimba@outlook.com and attach pictures of the delivered artwork. Our team will schedule a pick-up.

However, you are required to ensure that the product being returned is repacked in the same package, to ensure maximum protection from any damage during transit.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the receipt of the product returned. Please note that in the case of originals, if the artwork is returned in a damaged condition, requisite deductions will be made before processing the refund.
