1. How are the artworks packaged?

Our framed Giclee Prints are packed in high quality, protective and eco-friendly boxes. Our packaging is totally sustainable and uses minimal plastic. To know more, click here 

2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order. Write to us on – or feel free to contact us on: +91 9310734194. Please ensure that you mention the new shipping address where you would like the product to be shipped. 

3. Who takes care of the delivery?

We have partnered with leading courier service providers in the industry like Amazon Shipping Service, Fedex, DTDC, Delhivery etc.

4. How long does it take to process an order?

An order is processed after 24 hours of its receipt in the system. We ship the package within 4 business days from the receipt of an order.

5. How long does the delivery take?

Orders get delivered within 10-15 days from the date of order receipt.  

6. How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders above the value of Rs. 999/-, pan-India. 

7. Do you ship/deliver outside India?

For International Orders, you’re requested to contact us on +91 9310734194 (Whatsapp/ Call) or wtite to us on We have a requirement of a minimum order value of Rs. 15,000/- for all International Orders. Shipping on International Orders is chargeable on actual cost basis. Please note that in case of Giclee Prints we recommend getting Artworks shipped in Unframed Condition.




1. When are return requests accepted?

In order to process any return request, you are required to share the unpacking video of the shipment package.

For framed Giclee Prints we accept return requests in the following scenarios:

  • Artwork shipped in the wrong size
  • Artwork shipped on wrong paper type
  • Artwork shipped in the wrong frame
  • Artwork delivered in damaged condition.

For Unframed Giclee Prints we accept return requests in the following scenarios:

  • Artwork shipped in the wrong size
  • Artwork delivered in damaged condition.

For Stationary Products return requests will be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product delivered in damaged condition.

In case you face any of these issues, please write to us at and attach pictures of the delivered product. The request for return should be raised within 7 days of delivery and our team will schedule a pick-up. 

2. Who pays for the return costs?

Bimba does!

Once your return request is accepted, you’re required to send the package to the following address: Z-57, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2, Delhi-110020. You are required to ensure that the product being returned is repacked in the same package, to ensure maximum protection from any damage during transit. The cost of the return will be borne by Bimba on actual basis.

3. How does the refund work?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the receipt of the product returned.
